By creating a Pressroom account, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Pressroom on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Pressroom Labs, Inc. ("Pressroom") provides a hosted platform for managing WordPress editorial workflows. We may update the service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload, draft, or publish through Pressroom. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You will not (a) use Pressroom to publish unlawful content, (b) attempt to disrupt the service, (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform beyond rate limits, or (d) misuse our AI features to generate disallowed content (per our AI Use Policy).
Plans, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually.
- Trials convert to paid plans only with explicit consent.
- Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.
Disclaimers
Pressroom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressroom's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
