Do I need to install a plugin on my WordPress sites?
No. Pressroom uses the official WordPress REST API with Application Passwords. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain on your sites.
Which AI models do you use?
We default to Google's Gemini 3 Flash for speed, with GPT-5 and Gemini 2.5 Pro available for heavier reasoning. You bring no API keys — Pressroom routes through our gateway.
Is my content used to train AI?
No. We do not train models on your content and our gateway has zero-retention agreements with providers. Every AI run is logged in your workspace audit log.
Can I bring my own brand voice?
Yes. Style guides let you define voice, audience, do's and don'ts, and a sample. Every AI generation is grounded in the active style guide.
How do you handle multi-site permissions?
Workspaces have admin / editor / viewer roles enforced via Postgres row-level security. Reviews and approvals add per-draft sign-off.
What if I want to leave?
Export your drafts and audit log at any time. Your WordPress sites are yours — disconnecting Pressroom never touches your published content.
